In my opinion there is no useless boss because
Daimond drops a long sword
Jeremy drops a red coat
Fajita drops a gravity cane
Smoke admiral drops jitte
Order/law drops core brain
Dark beard drops dark fragments
Tide keeper drops dragon trident
The captain drops the blue tourch
The ice admiral drops library key
Don'swan drops swan glasses...
*Jeremy drops black spiky coat
No one really uses long sword
saber, obtained by a more useful boss in 1st sea, is better than the "long"sword.
jeremy drops the black spikey coat, not red. good accessory, but if the user is a buddha, it quickly becomes useless due to warrior helm giving better melee stats.
jitte also becomes useless bc of saber.
law is in fact a very good boss, but imo only cyborg v4 is worth it. law also gives 3 levels which is good for buddhas to carry for ppl and lvl up quickly.
darkbeard can also drop the coat.
dragon trident is useless, but tide keeper does drop the water key for sharkman so he's not bad.
imo ghoul is the same as cyborg only worth it for v4.
library key for death step, awk ice admiral is good.
swan glasses rn for me is the best accessory, it's just too good to have a dmg increase in everything and also cooldown decrease

The most useless boss is Diamond. It’s not completely useless cuz longsword, but longsword isn’t great, and the rest of the bosses have uses:
Jeremy for colosseum quest
Fajita for gravity cane
Don Swan for race v3 and swan ship and swan glasses (wow a lot of uses)
Smoke Admiral for jitte
Awakened ice admiral for death step and rengoku
Tide keeper for dragon trident
Cursed captain for ghoul race
Order for cyborg race
Darkbeard for dark fragment, which is for soul guitar
You also need to kill diamond for race v3
