Every time I see a Casty interview I remember why I love the guy so much. He is clearly extremely intelligent and he works his ass off every day to try to be the best player he can be. He keeps it real in the interviews, and he knows the down and away offspeed pitches are his weakness, and acknowledges that, which is all we, as fans, can ask for. We need to be better. Booing him is not okay, and I feel really bad for him honestly. He gets more shit than anyone else on our team, when he works his ass off for us, playing 162 games this year and hitting 5 walkoffs. It's really sad
Nick has also worked his butt off to become an outstanding right fielder as well. Fans that truly understand the game and just how difficult it is do not boo...everyone on this team gives full effort...that doesn't mean they will succeed every time....

Cheering them on all the time, no matter what, is the way to go, as perfectly demonstrated by Trea last year.

Our playoff starters are great and will do their job, but when our bullpen comes in...we are in trouble unless our bats put up a nice lead. (Just watch JT's body language behind the plate when Kerkering comes in and can't throw strikes. Man, I feel for him. It's gotta be frustrating as hell to be in a critical game and have relievers who can't consistently throw well placed strikes.
