In a medical emergency, there's a prioritized treatment order. Major bleeding takes precedence (using tourniquets or hemostats). Next is ABC: airway, then breathing. Once these are stable, medication is administered, followed by secondary wounds. Triage is used for multiple patients: green for walking wounded, yellow for minor airway and breathing issues, red for compromised airways, major bleeding, or serious conditions (these patients are prioritized), and black for deceased patients. When he said the patient didn't like that, I do believe that was because you drove off the curve of the sidewalk.
Maybe all the quick driving had the gurney rolling around in side the back. Honestly while trying this I got reminded of the scene in James Bond Moonraker with the ambulance.
That person running right in front of the ambulance was kind of hilarious. But omg, this game is intense. That last accident was so stressful. I think maybe her leg needed a tourniquet? Really not sure. But she survived, so that’s a win, imo. I do feel like you should be able to skip some of the initial questions when the person is actively bleeding out, and maybe a bit more guidance from the game on what to do would be cool, but this was still a very interesting game. Very challenging, but I like it. I’d love to see more. Even the glitches were entertaining. 😅

I don't really know medical stuff, but the car crash lady it said she had arterial bleeding. I'm pretty sure the first thing you need to do for that is stop the bleeding so they don't bleed out and die, which seems like it almost happened. If you do the training for that type of injury, it probably tells you the exact order of things you need to do.
37:15 so triage is choosing who needs medical attention first the colors are based on that
Black: person is dead OR is going to die based on injuries or lack of level of available care , in other words don't waste time or resources on them, only give pain meds to make them comfortable
Red: Person can survive with immediate treatment Requires medical attention within minutes for survival (up to 60 minutes)
yellow: person is stable, but may still have life threatening injuries but status not expected to deteriorate significantly over several hours
green:
Person with relatively minor injuries
Status unlikely to deteriorate over days

Think that during call out for the two workers with burns your partner spoke up because you ran over one of the people while parking around 35 minutes in the video.
was very good just a fyi the tube you put down her for breathing should only be done when the person is unconscious or in a coma type not when awake i do belive and you also missed out the morphine but in a thing like that i think you did well
