Hello fashion wreckers.. Uffff this fashion wreck is a train wreck as it was a rather long and mind numbing process with lots of challenges behind the scenes including a fun internet outage the last days and me camping on the kitchen counter for a terribly weak signal. But I made it. Anyway, I hope you like this bag idea, thanks for watching!! XoXo
Hi Peer!! It's your #1 fan Dawne Cox!!😃😃😃 Hey... that's a great looking bag. That pleated strip would look really cool on the shoulders of a jacket or down the outer edges of jeans, or even as cuffs on a shirt. Endless possibilities. 🙂 Anyway, I wanted to let you know that I'm very impressed with your editing the past few months. Much smoother and nicely paced too. (and I've watched almost every video of yours 😊). Have a safe holiday season. 🎄🎉✨️
Hey Dawne! Long time! Thanks so much - your editing feedback has sticked with me! I looove the jeans idea! Must put that on my to do for 2025. I did not know you where still watching! Wish you a lovely holidays and good start of the new year. 💜🎄
@PeerCoxFashionRec Oh yes... I still watch your videos. 🤩 Just the other day, I was sitting here having my morning tea and thought "Hmmm... I wonder if Peer made another one of his crazy sewing videos."😁 I love how you're not afraid to try crazy things.... even knowing that it might be an epic fail. Because that's the fun of sewing and trying something new. ...Especially when the project comes out better than expected. 🥰
haha yes its always a challenge especially sewing but with a little pressure from the camera there is usually a decent result.. i think if I would not film I would sometimes just give up lol🙈
My bae. If you're not watching PEER COX FASHION REC what are you even doing?? I don't even sew. I'm a crafter and recycler, reseller and thrifter. Peer cox is on a whole other level of talent and ingenuity from me. The editing is so funny and the pacing is quick but not so fast that i can't follow along! I love these videos because they inspire me to continue and put myself out there creatively! I really look up to you and you just keep going, you're a famous person already to me!! Thanks for continuing! The bag is so beautiful. When you sewed it onto the gusset i was ASTOUNDED how pro and fluffy it looked. Anyway I'm rambling so just sending love ❤️
Haha o my you make me blush now but a great way to wake up reading your hype comment. 💜 I love that I can inspire you to keep going because I know it is not always easy. Happy with the bag, for my not always perfect sewing skills its looking cute! Thanks for watching as always 🌟😍
OOooo! I like it longer! The video, that is. So enjoyable to watch. That's a great idea to have the texture on the handle/strap and the edge of the bag. Thanks for the piping, too! Happy Holidays from the Left Coast of the USA!
Just found this channel. Would you please share what is your controversial, questionable spray glue method you are referring to at 12:27? It looks like a time-saving method, and that's a win-win for me! Thanks.
Welcome! It is my emergency method for not having iron-on interfacing in storage ;) This is just using an old lining fabric or thin fabric and some spray glue to reinforce the fabric. However, glue should not be used or very sparingly around seams because otherwise you might get some skipped stitches. I think for bags etc this method is fine and actually a great way to use op some fabric scraps too :) depending on the glue it has to airdry first though so it might not safe that much time in the end
