I'm learning that now! Stop overthinking, stop caring, and start living. I think I got this epiphany at the beginning of this year or either last month that I don't care what people think anymore. I'm going to do what I want. So I love that! Shout out to us gurl! And gurl I'm a Pisces and overthink sooo much!

At 35, married with children - I agree with everything you’ve said here! I’m gonna show this this my teenage daughter to allow her to hear it from someone else. I always tell her, “it’s ok to dance to the beat of your own drum.. and it’s ok to live in silence and it’s also ok to live out loud. Whatever route chosen, do it with God, do it for yourself & with passion. But it’s also ok to change your mind...”
I cannot thank you enough for this video. I’m currently 22 years old, and I definitely took some notes. A lot of things you said not to do I have been doing for example, trying to be a people pleaser, and because of that I used to experience a lot of unhappiness in my life due to that. Very good Destiny! People need to understand everyone in their life is not permanent, some are seasonal. Everyone is not a "friend". My circle is sooo small it's a comma ok!!😊 I had some lessons to learn very early in my 20's. I've always asked God to order my steps according to His will,not mine. Thankful He did just that 🙏🏽. I'm 38 almost 39, stress free, drama free & most importantly abundantly blessed💜💜

Omg I Needed this ! I recently turned 30 & I remember in high school my classmates & I had to make a 10 year plan and basically my plan didnt go as planned 😇 I graduated from community college at 21 ,became a mother at 22 & moved out at 28 ☺️ When I look back I have no regrets .

I really appreciate this video. You are a beautiful person inside and out. I didn’t move out until I was 27 and my parents weren’t in a rush for me to go. That is the time to save and put yourself in a good position when you are ready to move out. It was truly a blessing for me to have parents that allowed me to do so!

I definitely can relate to living in the moment instead of trying to post everything on social media. I know for me, people think I don’t do anything or that I live a boring life because I don’t post this and that on Instagram and Snapchat. I like to be present with others and take in the full experience. Social media has warped how people view others. If someone’s social media isn’t popping showing them doing this and that, people think they’re boring but in reality, those people not showing out for social media are really living their best life!
“Keep your business to yourself,” that’s a lifetime tip. Utilize it forever.

Yess grown and being an adult are two different things. Your not grown when you turn 21 or 18 your grown when your mentally emotionally and spiritually mature and have a healthy sense of self
Wow, I really enjoyed this video. The setup, like a walk down memory lane and the tips, amazing! I'm 23 and still living at home and, due to unforseen circumstances, I have yet to have a job. I do my part tho, don't get me wrong, I'm not a freeloader. I'm finally getting the opportunity to job search and hopefully enter the work force. Its scary tho, cause I doubt myself, I'm a big overthinker and I feel like I should be further in life all the time. Your tips about staying at home, building your independence, saving etc is exactly what I needed to hear. Its like you said, people always think negative whenever they hear you still live at home. But, the only authors of my life are me and God! AMEN, I like the sound of that!🙏🏽👏🏽

I turned 20 yesterday on May 13th I’ve always been deceived by people especially GIRLSSS if I tell you I’ve a friend I’m lying . They always condemn me, always wanting to take but never reciprocating . 2020 was one of the WORST YEAR in my LIFE not talking about COVID-19 but all around me had fallen a part but rn I’m going through HEALING, taking my time for “ WHO GOES SLOWLY GOES SURELY”
I’ve learned to keep things to myself because I’d the habit of confining myself to people (though people had the same heart as mine) but noooo beybayyy
Throughout my life till now my perspective towards people has changed and I’ve learned so much and still learning.
Being in a SPIRITUAL JOURNEY isn’t EASY AT ALL😭🙌🏾 but I’m God I TRUST

Loved this vlog! I must say this pandemic has taught me some very valuable lessons, be mind of the company of the company you keep and be careful who you call Friend. I had so called ''friends'' who turned out to be Narcissist and started acting very Insecure, Jealous and Envious toward me. They did not want to see me doing good and bettering myself. My one ''friend'' had the nerve to question me on why I bought a new car. She said Why did you buy that car? I thought you didn't want a car payment? What made you do it? I thought I was being interrogated by the damn cops. I cut her off and it's been truly refreshing.

I love the way you broke down the money for regular job life, school, and RUclips. It’s definitely a concept that can be applied. Best advice she can give y’all is to STAY YO BUTT AT HOME as long as your parents let you and stack your money, and leave all jobs respectfully. ( another tip: write and keep a list of all job start/leave dates, address and numbers)

I think over thinking is an issue for multiple people regardless of signs. One of the curses of social media is feeling like we have to get it right the first time. Or we compare our moves to others so we are contemplating if we move a certain way how will it mirror the moves of others.
I’m turning 20 in July and I’m also a cancer ♋️. This video has definitely helped me think about my life on a deeper scale. Although I already have my own place and have two beautiful girls. This has helped me learn how much more there is to life than following the path of others, or what “the world” believes you should do. Thank you so much for this video🤍
Overthinking is something that I am working on. For years I would put off making a RUclips channel cause I would overthink literally everything. This year I turned 31 and my resolution was to stop overthinking and putting myself out there more. I finally started my channel and it’s one thing off my bucket list. I almost stopped myself by saying 31 is old but in reality it’s pretty young. I enjoyed listening to this keep it up 💕

Sometimes I wish I could go back in time and change quite a few things but then I realize I wouldn’t be who I am today. Learned a lot of lessons along the way but I’m a better soul because of it!

I had to realize for myself that it's legit a blessing to get older. I proudly speak my age to any & everybody (I'm 30 btw) & let people know 30 actually isn't old.

this was sooo good Destiny!! about that moving out thing... I never understood why people were 18+ living with their parents until... I graduated from college and decided to pursue my dream job as a flight attendant... I was RIGHT back at home lolll God humbled me so quickly. (whew haha) I definitely learned that staying home to save- while still contributing to the household was actually so helpful (and after studying wealthy families- it's what they do! they buy estates and let their families live there as long as needed). I also know some individuals who lived at home until 30 and went right on to purchasing beautiful homes!! so, truly everyone's journey is so unique. Any who, these were sooo good and I wish I knew these sooner! this will def be live changing to your younger viewers! xoxo

All of this is such great great advice and amazing tips. You better let God use you!!! I will say my 20s was full lessons, mistakes, trails and tribulations. I can honestly say I don’t regret anything because my 20s help mold me too be the woman I am today. My 30s I begin to truly find myself, and learned to embrace and love who God created me to be. I learned that I don’t make my own plans and that I have to stay on the path God created for me while in my mothers womb. Here I am today in my last year of my 30s and the growth is amazing and I love myself even more. My thought process has changed so much. Although I may be older than you, I must say that I have learned a lot from your channel especially when it comes to self love and self care!! Love this message! I just turned 30 in Apr and the way you described your 30s is what I feel like I'm starting to go through. I also feel like my 20s were the same as yours, lessons, mistakes and all the above but I do not regret any of it because it helped to shape me into who I am becoming. At 30, I feel and see all the changes that I am going though, which can be quite uncomfortable at times, but I cant wait to see what else my journey brings. GROWTH! I feel it in a lot of way, especially in my Spiritually. I feel more connected with God, and like you said learning to embrace exact who I am and what I becoming. I love these talks. I respond to you like your in the room, lol. Great tips, I’m 28 and will be 29 in September. All these tip are so true and relatable for me. After college and moved into my first apartment. Although I was able to maintain all my bills I sometimes wonder how it would’ve been if I moved back home and stacked for a while.
