    Upon collecting my luggage, I discovered significant damage to a Dyson hair dryer, a recent purchase valued at $470.30 and a gift from my partner, who is a well-known social media influencer. The air outlet and plug were notably deformed. This item is not only costly but also holds sentimental value, making this incident particularly upsetting. My partner is quite distressed and has considered sharing our dissatisfaction through his media channels; however, I have chosen to first reach out to your support team in hopes of resolving this issue amicably.
