The Powergate 4 is designed as an end-user tool which can be used on multiple vehicles (once reset) - so one vehicle at a time. It allows the end user flexibility, but is not designed as a trade tool. Additionally, the overall compatibility is limited to some (not all) OBD compatible vehicles.
Yes you can if you are a master. The way the powergate works is that you have a powergate manager within your Alientech Dashboard. When the powergate reads the car it uploads the file into the dashboard via the cloud and then you can download to put into any file writing software to make the changes.
