Yesterday I was Playing The Game Completely Fine, and i saw this bug Happen.I did everything But I Didn't Find Any Solution For It.

I swear it works with everyone, everyone says it worked, they can play, but I have been here since 1 am. And I still haven't fixed it 😭
Rockstar customer support is horrendous. There default fix is uninstall and reinstall the game and I actually stopped playing the game for two years because of this. I couldn't get the game to launch and their fix listed above didn't work. So I waited until my next PC upgrade which involved a HD wipe to play the game again.

@@danielkraemer5744Yep. I just reinstalled it for a different issue and it took foreeeeeever to reinstall. I still can't play because it says my "social club account isn't entitled to RDR2" for no good reason. I've already played the game for 7.9 hours. I haven't played it in 2 months.

same i tried running with admin, changing command arguments in steam, running in windiws 8 compatinility mode. nothing works

If I start the game from steam, he don t start. If i start game from rockstar, he send me to steam for buy the game (I have the game) .If I start game from main folder, send me to rockstar and error is “ this social account don t own red dead online(but I have on steam) . Tell me what can I do guys.

They won't help me reset my password. So I bought the game just to not be able to play it.. idk what to do. It's been 2 days since I contacted them the first time.
Right now, same issue, I will never buy anything from them again! If something nice gets out I will just downloaded it and call it a day!
Man my wifi went out so I switched to my mobile data and thats when it occured to where it says my social club account is not entitled to my rdr2, so once my wifi got back online I tried it and it stilll shows the same. This is absolutly dumb.
Edit: never mind, turns out restarting my pc made it work 😂
Help when I type email and password that already signup on Rockstar launcher, it goes back to sign in page and request me to enter email and password all over again.... Damn steam...
This issue is on pc i recommend to run the game through Nvidia GeForce app with 1080p without Fullscreen
