That's true for any profession, not just cooking.
I googled "Should you salt cooking oil while cooking" and it came up with this, "adding salt to cooking oil is unnecessary and counterproductive. The salt lowers the smoke point of the oil, causing it to burn, break down, and impart a bitter taste to the food. To put it simply, “no, you shouldn't.”
Next time Brooklyn will be showing us how to make the perfect slice of toast.

His parents are loaded they have access to the best chefs from around the world I'm sure even without going to school be could still received some personal training and they very close family friends with Gordon Ramsay

There's tons of these shows, but usually the people have to work hard for many years to get that type of show. The point is, he is getting paid to learn how to cook. As someone who has spent many years suffering through the grueling process of honing my craft as an actual chef, this is so frustrating. The kid clearly doesn't have the experience or understanding to claim being a pro cook. You can see his lack of skill simply in the way he moves.
