I keep going into panic attacks with a resting hbpm of 130 or higher does anyone know why this is happening it didnt use to happen but i had to quit because it was too much and causing very bad anxiety.. im recovering well from covid 19 right now and i will be staying off the smokes after my experiences of smoking with covid i felt like my heart was just about to blow and i couldnt remotley slow it down by laying down or slow breathing it took about 45 minutes to calm down

My question is, does the smoke in the air keep corona at bay, does it create a barrier?
