I love it. Nice videos BTW. Request po sana ako ng ELEVATED HOUSE 7x12m with Roof Deck(3rd fl). Yung 7m po ang facing the road. Bale yung ground floor po ay for 4 cars then 2nd floor ay bungalow with 2 bedrooms with 1 masters toilet at 1 common toilet. Since Garahe lang po yung ground floor, yung entrrance po ng house at papuntang roof deck ay sa LIKOD. Then sa roof deck na po yung labahan at storage room at relaxation. I hope this will be your next video. wala po ata kayong video ng elevated house. Thank you.

Hello po. My in laws are planning to renovate our place po, its a 150 sqm in total. It will be divided into 4 units. May I request po for a 3x10 30sqm each, 3 storey with 3 to 4 bedrooms. The masters bedroom has a T&B on it, and another T&B on the 1st or 2nd floor. With 1 door at the back or like a fire exit, and a small car or motor garage and with a roof deck. Thank you so much. Hello there. Can you draw a house plan with 3 large rooms and a terrace on a 6x8 square meter plot? It can be 4 floors high. The toilet and kitchen in the living room should be open-plan. pwede po mgrequest 25 or 30 square meter house plan with loft, roof deck and elevated ng 5 steps outside with small terrace. One bedroom sa below left side, living room sa gitna, dining and kitchen sa edge right side, T/B is nasa top right. Then un loft area sa taas ng kitchen and T/B na may passage ppunta s roofdeck (located above the living area and 1BR na pwede rin ma access sa labas). Thank you and God bless!

yeah but you are wasting the livable space, after the ground floor which can be left for parking, from the first floor cant you pull them front with some beam support from the ground up?
