Another way to get a set very similar to that is the new Scream 1-3 4K collection. I just got it and it comes with the blu ray collection with the two documentaries. 1-3 on 4K and blu ray, plus the documentaries is a pretty good deal I think.
I appreciate this comment because I was having a hard time finding the Blu-Ray set. I couldn't find it on ebay or Amazon. I'm in Cambodia so I couldn't find it locally.
You can buy this set right now in both 4k (which includes the documentaries on a blu ray) or on blu ray, but it’s renamed 3-Movie Collection. It still has the disc with the documentaries.
This is such a great set. I picked my copy up a few years ago when I was wanting to pick up the series on Bluray after upgrading most of my horror collection from DVD. The Documentaries were such a great bonus too! Great video CHH!
When I seen it I IMMEDIATELY grabbed it for my scream collection. With the anniversary of Wes’s passing coming up, it’s nice to be able to pop it in and hear him whenever I want.
Dude, I just literally like two days ago went for this collection intending to watch one of the films before remembering the great docs on there and decided to watch them instead. This blu ray collection is where I realized that Kevin Williamson's original Scream 2 script ISN'T at all the film that made it to screen and actually MANY different writers had a hand in writing that film with Wes Craven writing the whole stage sequence himself something to this day I don't think A LOT of fans know. 🎥
I have this. Purchased a few years ago. These documentaries are outstanding and best of the docs out there. Only downside we still don’t have the nc17 release
Fun story that answers your question about the individual sequel discs. After the Scream 4k steel came out, I watched it and went into my blu-ray of Scream 2 right after. That's when I discovered that my copies of both 2 and 3 had absolutely terrible sound quality. No similar issue with part 4, so finding this set on Amazon was perfect, especially with the included docs. According to my order history I picked this up in 2021.
That’s my favorite Horror box set. Got it years ago. I’ve watched The Inside story countless times. Very fun watch. It came out around the same time Scream 4 was being released. Highly recommend
I was debating on whether or not to sell this set yesterday so I sat down for the Inside Story. Like you said, the set is worth it just for that. A nice time capsule. Especially enjoyed seeing Wes again.
Odd that u posted this video today talking about this Blu Ray Set cause I currently have a copy of it and I ordered the Scream 1-3 4K that comes the Blu Ray 5 film Set on Amazon yesterday so now I have 2 copies of The Scream 5 film set in my collection lol
I got that set when it first came out, it was released just before Scream 4 hit theatres if I remember correctly... I have even thought about getting a 5 disc case so I can add the Scream 4 disc to the collection. Due to Dimension/Lionsgate owning the home video rights to Scream 1 - 3 (unless that has changed and I am not aware of it), I don't know if we will ever get a full box set of all the Scream movies (aside from putting together a custom box set that is...) i have yet to watch those documentaries, but I think I am going to this year around Halloween.
Been watching your youtube channel for about two years ago, got me into starting to collect again, im definitely gonna grab this up, are there any other horror movies or movies you think people should own that have documentaries on them an stuff similar to this, if so would love to hear an see more, if you would like to share them of course! :)
@@PlanetCHH that's how I first saw the movie. Directors cut on laser disc. It always seemed off when I watched it after on VHS and DVD and then I learned it was directors cut on laser disc. I might have to buy a laser disc player.
@@DapperManDan not a lot, but it makes a huge difference. At least it does to me. You see Steve"s guts pouring out instead of that TV edit feeling cut to his face reacting instead.
It has been released on DVD, I have the Korean release (though the pan to Drew Barrymore is still sped up) and the 18 rated version from Germany is also uncut

They need to fix Scream 4's glow filter they used ASAP... Thought I was trippin' when I saw it in the theater...then I got the physical copy and was just confused.Idk what Wes was thinking with that one.
@@eyeswidevideo I agree but majority says the same. I remember it was a big complaint. It does nothing positive for the film. Like you said: Just an opinion.

You get an extra blu-ray of scream 2 if you buy that set
I’ve had this set for a few years and never even peeped those documentaries.
Thanks for the heads up!
Great review! I think I have that set so I have to check. I'm excited to watch the documentaries now!
I've been pushing this set on people because of the documentaries for years! The docs are great! Thanks for spreading the good word!
Great reminder that I needed this! Got on Amazon thankfully

I got this set and the dvd/bluray of 4, 4k combos of 5 & 6
As others have said…it’s included in the 1-3 4K set.
It's also included on the Scream 1-4 bluray set though that might be Canada only

I purchased this set and I'm in the UK. The 3 movies are region locked. But the documentarys are region free. 😊

I love Still Screaming especially but The Inside Story was very good too. I bought this set years ago for that exact reason!
