Is it worth to use Raijus harness after the changes?

A video where i check if Raijus harness is worth using in Destiny 2 Lightfall, we go trough the damage differences and give a senarios where its good to use.

They need to give this thing a feature similar to Antaius Ward, where when you use the slide activated Arc Hunter melee, it defects attacks in that direction.
It needs something. It's beautiful but it blows 😮
