In the last year - Aug 2023 till Aug 2024 my anxiety levels hit record high that it affected my blood pressure, my left arm biceps core muscle got torn apart 88% damage because of over thinking, I had problems breathing well when I am alone in my car, I just ran this track to calm down! this was my therapy for a whole year and sometimes I would be in silent tears to calm down.... No body even my wife felt me in that state, and I don't know if even the creators of this track will ever know how much they helped me to pass this phase of my life. Not saying I am doing 100% better now but at least I am not where I used to be and I can't thank my wife enough for sticking up to me, Narvent for helping me and still does! In my culture who doesn't thank people doesn't thank God, from all of my heart, thank you Narvent. and whoever is still suffering, I wish you the Memory Reboot that you deserve

I listen to this song when im down sometimes u just have to let go……just stop……be calm…..and close your eyes. My life is tough I’m seperated from my fam including my brother. My mom and dad had to leave NYC cuz they took away everything From us. Our insurance, fam, etc. My dad got fired as a sanitation worker and in the same week my grandfather died as I watched it AND my brothers lung collapsed. I am a 10 yr old girl who is standing for what is right. Plz pray for our cases ❤❤❤❤
