Many of them did form the rebellion, they were accepted by rebellion leaders because omce the republic became the empire the separatists had the biggest "i told you so" card in the galaxy

As an independentist myself, I love this song, and this faction. Their victory would have been be recognized as independent, while the republic’s victory was the total subjugation of the galaxy. No wonder why so many jedi changed sides on legends…
It was a rigged war. There is no right or wrong. Palpatine puppetted both sides. Purposely creating false battles, etc. Neither side was meant to win. As much as I don't like Canon SW what Ezra said was very true. Neither was meant to win. This is why had the CIS and Galactic Republic somehow magically fought the Empire together then both would have won.
+ 1, definitely, CIS were the good guys, unlike the republic they didnt send slaves to the war techniacally afgainst their will just by propaganda, Republic was led by a Sith same as Separatist, unlike Sidious i would not say that Dooku was evil. CIS didnt send their citizens to the war and they sacrificed mainly droids, i know that they started the war, but it is true that Republic could stop it if the let Confedery on their own and let them to be independent. I would definitely join the CIS to fight against Republic for their corruprtion, war crimes commited on droids (droids were programmed to take prisoners and even surrender, but the republic killed them anyway), and idiocy (I hate Jedi order and its rules tbh).

I want to see in episode 10 the droids who will come at the last moment before ray and her entire order are broken to save them and to fight off the last sighs of the traitor clones and the entire senate who irradiated the dark empire and broke the lives of many even those who understood that the republic is not what it was before not grievous not Dooku did not deserve death they did not wish evil on the world they wanted to save the world from palpatine and senate but could not that time so will do it now.
