What if i want to link payoneer to paypal UK? Would it then require UK payoneer account details? Please help
No, Payoneer is a US company and can be used with any PayPal account.

I just did this and I was told to confirm my US taxpayer status but I'm not in the US. Did you have a similar issue?
Just click 'I'm not US resident'.
It worked. You can also link your payoneer card instead of the account, that's what I did.

I did mine, only difference is i need to confirm it, says they'll send some deposits in 3 to 5 days.

@@SoftExpert1 no, when linking they said i have to confirm that it's deed my paypal I'm linking to. So they'll send me less than $0.50 to confirm.

@@knives5964 you may have different emails on PayPal and payoneer. So better to wait for their confirmation email.

Paypal isn't applicable in Pakistan. You will need someone in foreign countries to create an account for you.

Yes, you can withdraw from payoneer to any Pakistani bank, including jazzcash.
I created the account on payoneer but I am not seeing banks and card. Only bank details

Make sure to connect payoneer before withdrawal.
