★ Here is a detailed video showing my e-Pitch mic (e-pitchマイク, e-Pitch Microphone). I really love it, very well-made! It's also very funny playing and karaoke-ing :D Now I'm searching for the e-Pitch mic Pure (e-pitchマイク ピュア, e-Pitch Microphone Pure) :P I hope I'll find it some day!

The ads for this always featured a girl who said "イーカラといーピッチで遊べる!" (You can play this on both the e-pitch and the e-kara!), and a user mentioned US cartridges working with the Japanese e-pitch. Due to this, I'm going to buy one of the cheaper American e-kara microphones and the Japanese Mermaid Melody and Kilari cartridges (and possibly the one with DANCE! Ojamajo on it) for Christmas. They also were going to release this in America, becaus the ADV dub trailer has Hanon ask the audience "Do you know that a major toy company even partnered up with the show?" (Hasbro released the E-kara here), but unfortunatley, it didn't because of no networks wanting it. I wonder how my cousin Lauren will react when I show her the E-Kara using a Mermaid Melody cartridge! (She wanted the real microphone for a while, but when I looked on Yahoo Japan!, both listings were bidded on by FromJapan proxies.
The Mermaid Melody cartridge did work on my e-Kara, and I'm enjoying it~! I may post some gameplay if my capture device allows me to.

All 3 of the colored ones go into the matching colors on the back/side/front of the TV. where the 3 plugs are located varies by TV.
