I would use same name as your RUclips Channel and start following everyone that has anything to do with cooking. Post your content from here on Twitter. Also, start watching other popular cooking channels on RUclips and leave comments. Do it from this RUclips channel so people can click on you. Me sharing your video will not help that much, unless all of my friends care about cooking. I found your channel by watching similar content and then RUclips recommended you to me. SO keep making good content and RUclips will keep putting you in front of people who want to see your content. To grow your channel you should try to figure out who wants to see your content and get your videos in front of them. Many of those people are watching other RUclips cooking channels so engage those channels on their comments. Say something like, " i like your recipe, i've never tried it that way.
