My dad is 94 and is exactly the same. He sleeps eats and does a tiny tiny walk and then is tired again. He still loves his food and will eat quite a large dinner and have space for something nice for later, this is after having 2 weetabix and berries for breakfast or scrambled egg on toast! You know there is ã problem when he doesnt want food or gets up 4 or 5 times a night and cant settle.
