Best one I've seen so far out of the very cheap properties. That would suit me down to the ground. I could see myself living there with my Greek dog Elpi. She'd love it there. Almost as old as you, I'm 57. In the UK, Really starting to intensely dislike it here now - the country is shot through. I feel like throwing caution to the wind and driving down, buy myself a little rural pad in peace and quiet so I can write to my hearts content. Looking for something at the very cheap end of the market, rural but not too far out from local facilities. I only need 3 or 4 rooms maximum to live in - nothing fancy. Don't mind if it's a fixer upper as long as one room is safe and dry, everything else I can figure out. Even an old barn single room would do the job if it had some space. Flat land or very gently sloping as I am getting older and I need to plan ahead for my old age as I'm no longer as agile as I used to be. Access to local labour would be good too as I have a business idea I would like to put into action down there, a product to sell back here in the UK. High demand niche with a big profit potential. I've been self employed since I was 14 and I've lived off grid for several years. In time I can always upgrade to something better if I wanted to. What can you find for me? Beautiful scenery a must as I'm a country bumpkin green welly guy through and through. Not walked through a town or city centre for over 20 years. This is not a cheap or good offer. Why? 1. Outside the wall next the entrance has to be done. The wall is damaged. This is the area before you go to the studio. 2. The furniture in the living room is standard and small and could be bigger and instead of a billiard room you could design a nice living room and chimney! 3. You don´t give the information about: how much squaremetres does the house have - living space - and how much for the whole ground.
