Please check up more info about the effects of oxygen on the brain's motororic functions, there have been studies showing us that people with ANY motoric diseases, even vocal stuttering AND EVEN MILD AUTISM can be improved or fully healed using the right amounts of oxygen.
I am on TRT and my hematocrit or red blood cell count is high and was at .54 and I had to reduce it to .50 I have to donate blood to keep it level. What you are suggesting is that by doing the Wim Hof method I would increase it again, are you suggesting I bring myself back to a stroke or heart attack situation. Perhaps people should have their red blood count done prior to starting Wim Hof
Lack of o2 increases redblood cell count .. if you not getting enough o2 you body produces more red blood cells to carry the o2 threw out the body. high blood cell count is often a sign you have sleep apnia which is when you stop breathing at night breathing properly does the oppisite it loweres blood cell count

yay I'm so proud of you! I take daily vitamin for women but I stopped all the other vitamins for a little while but use to take the exact same vitamins ! I looked up what foods can replace those vitamins and take those instead! i have a different intake because im smaller and female . so def research on Google what are good replacements for ur size and height! you can get ur zinc from beans, nuts and breakfast cereals! it def helps ! also try yogurt! I love chobani! I don't consume milks but I love my yogurts. Good luck to you!

When i really couldn't handle it I ate fish. I know there lacto and ovo vegetarians. Just when it kept getting rough i started pushing away from this diet. If you can help out I really appreciate it. Tbh if I could stop eating animal products all together I would. that was my fifth attempt.

The resistance to cold is primarily to demonstrate the effectiveness of his breathing exercises. What healthy eating has to do with the Wim Hoff method is that it allows the oxygen to flow through your body even more effectively.
You guys got his message wrong. He is talking about oxygen and blood cells. In order to produce it you need good quantity of iron, zinc and b12. Vegan diet is very poor source of above things. You need meat, red meat once in a while.

Iron from spinach and other vegetables and the meat you eat is injected with b12 supplements because no animals can produce b12. Vitamin b12 is a hormone produced by bacteria in the soil
In regards to people that go ALL vegan - that's their choice as we are all free to choose. In regards to getting nutrition on a plant based diet - well, if you can get Hemp seed that hasn't been sprayed, then it actually has more nutrition than most foods and it has all the Amino acids required by the body (except for Iron). Moringa is a leaf that has high content of most of the popular vitamins. For Iron alone...yeah, you can eat meat - I do but if I was in a survival situation, I can get Iron from various plants but meat is totally fine. Most plants have lectins and humans are not used to many of the lectins and they are one of the chief causes of auto-immune disease. As for spiritual beliefs - when you go to the other side and see that we are all part of the greater awareness - it doesn't matter if you eat a plant, animal, bug, dirt etc - it's all part of existence and is intelligence / awareness. No matter what you eat or interact with - you are essentially interacting with yourself or eating part of yourself. So I think Vegans that think it is immoral to eat meat are lacking awareness. I also think that Vegans that think plants are lesser beings - they too lack awareness as plants have the ability to remember times (eg: a tomato plant can close it's flowers 1 hour before an electric light goes off - important because there are no cues that the time is running out other than the way plants use chemicals to record times and conditions). And some plants have been shown to have the the ability to count to some degree (Mimosa Pudica - sensitive weed).
