Had this game for 2 hours. beat the first boss (finally) and now there's already a COAM farm? As per usual, bringing the content quickly and muchly needed, nicely done oro!
That mission is definitely less repetitive but the starter AC quest is much faster. If you CHARGE the shoulder mounted rifles you can litteraly vaporize the AC right after stunning him. Getting through the menus and load times this mission works out to be way more profitable per hour.
I've been doing this farm as soon as I got access to it. I use it as my testing dummy for weapons and different mech builds while passively making money.
I respect that. I usually make a quick circulation through the Arena. If I can take out most/all in a single go without a change, the build is added to the database.

I haven't replayed any missions so far I want to see how far I can go with the credits I get from my first run throughs of the missions completing the bonus credit objectives as much as possible. I love that you don't lose credits buying and selling the same part, it in effect makes every part in the shop "unlocked" if I can be bothered to sell the parts I won't be using to try a new part/build. You can also sell parts you find or are gifted to you so it's in effect a credit reward at the same time since you can use it for either

But after hours on end I finally beat it and it made me wanna keep playing how good it feels beating a boss. So now my issue is having builds ready for all the chapters. But it's super expensive to get a couple builds. I've just been buying and swapping parts to try different things out. And my favorite is medium to light builds but they do take alot of damage
Y’know, I honestly enjoy doing the “Destroy the RLF helicopters” mission far more, as the only challenging thing is the Tetrapod that is honestly as weak or weaker than the tester AC. Not to mention, most of the enemies are weak too, one basic shot from the AK can kill anything other than the helis, tetra, and MTs (which take two). Far better pay for far less effort, and just a bit more time.
in chapter 3 you can farm Cataphract boss. You can use double shotgun and pile bunker when the boss is stun. I try to get close and double shotgun his face, repeat until he's stun and pile bunker his ugly face. I only need three or maybe four pile bunker to kill it. it's also a good exercise to pratice agressive play style.
I think the attack the dam complex is competitive with this if you count load times/menu times. Just because that mission is also fast with a speedy/light guns setup and is 190k instead of 90k (and less taxes for ammo usage per coam)
I got a lot of money by farming the mission operation wallclimber. I got really good at demolishing the boss and getting an optimal route to it so I was able to get an easy 300,000+ COAM. I wonder how it compares in terms of COAM per minute to this method.
It's a button you hold that makes other buttons do different things. For example, if you hold shift control and press the fire button on a weapon with reload, it manually reloads that weapon.
@@CastIronNest its weird, its like they are not working, coz type B of it: assault boost+aim assist and its not doing hard lock lol and Type A doesnt make sense now
Honestly. Even though it takes a little longer and you could potentially have a deficit (depending on how much ammo you spend) The first mission with the Red Guns has more money to offer. Plus, since the AC fight is optional, you can clear the mission quickly. And you can destroy the generators with a melee attack from a Blade or Pile Bunker

The DAM mission right after this one is much better. About the same amount of time, but double the coam
Almost 200k per run and it's a pretty easy mission, i like farming dam much more
Likewise, dam is my go to mission for both farming coam and testing Ac's

Whenever I'm getting my shit pushed in I always find myself going back to my energy weapons. They just hit so friggin' hard depending on your build.
