Galaxy Forces VR dev here, a new mode is added where you point where you want to go and have auto fire and auto landing. As well as EasyMode where you have 5x health at the cost of half score. Also a nasty stuck in the wall bug has been fixed. Have fun!
I appreciate the effort that goes into these videos. Especially a long one like this. I usually get a game or two from some of the things you mention. I learned about Vertigo Remastered from a list of yours and that quickly became one of my favorite VR experiences. Keep up the good work.
I have been using a Vive Pro headset with Valve controllers for over a year. Now, the Valve controllers stop working after a few minutes and the icons in Steam VR show the controllers pulsing. Nobody at Steam, Vive, or Valve can answer why this is happening. I believe that THOUSANDS of customers buy VR products just to find they are silly plastic crap and that these scumbag criminal assholes at Steam, Vive and especially Valve DO NOT CARE that you got ripped off!
Thanks for all the work that you put in for these videos. I've found lots of nice experiences by watching your channel that I would not know about otherwise. Although I must say I'm surprised that Marble Pop Paradise didn't make this list. It's such a relaxing puzzle game and has so much content for a free purchase.
Thank you! It's interesting you mention that because I almost included it, but they launched a new Steam page in March and I thought maybe they would switch to a paid version. Just speculation on my part though. In hindsight I probably should have included it 😀. Definitely a great recommendation!!
i love these lists its also a great way to get others into vr without having to spend a dime (only suggestion is maybe time stamps with the links so we can quickly jump to that specific game rather then category)
I am amazed at how many non-steam ones there were, I found a few non steam ones and wanted people to talk about vr games that weren't just on steam, this was a great video!
this is probably the best "free vr games" video I've found yet because I can also play with my friends who dont have vr(which is all of them but 2 who barely play)
Home: A VR Spacewalk was my first motion sickness experience in VR. It's not even because of the game itself, though. My previous graphics card couldn't handle it, or simply wasn't compatible, so I had the entire game world leaving behind artifacts like back in the 56k modem days when your PC crashes and you drag the window around to leave a trail of a ton of windows. It was incredibly nauseating and quite the weird experience. My issues aside, it is definitely one of most nauseating games for people with motion sickness that I've seen. Definitely heed Ben's warning.
Nice video Ben. quite a few gems in that list, but i cant belive you left "A Township Tale" out. Its my favourite when it come to vr multiplayer in general, tho this is your list afterall. 👍

@@W3irdWombat np i am loving down the rabbit hole it seems short but had replayability i think. the comments on humble bundles post over and over is no good games lol

If you like mixing music / spinning discs in VR you've got to check out TribeXR and Vinyl Reality... And there is so many other ways to make music in VR already.. You've got modular synths like SynthVR and SynthspaceVR. Actual VR instruments (made for VR using the environment) like EXA and Electronauts.. (VRemin is an simulation of an actual instrument (Theremin) in VR but, it's just a gimmick in it's current form, can't recommend that yet, if ever at all, I think it was always meant to be a gimmick the price even reflects that.)
I know it's not free, but if you're into puzzle games then room VR: a dark matter is definitely worth the money and you should consider getting if you havent already.

I'm getting my set this week, so I'm already looking for good games 😁. Any recommendations are welcome, also games other than shooting games for variety.
What would be the most comfortable affordable vr headset you would recommend for a glasses wearer? I have a DELL Visor that I bought a few years ago but I haven't used it with about two years because it's heavy and gets uncomfortable quickly. I'd like to try VR again though.
