There seems to be a disconcertingly large number of players with not much multiplayer experience who are confused about the absence of the invaders' names + HP bars above their character models. They also believe that the name + HP bar of the HOST is always above the HOST's character model from the invader's perspective, and thus visible to the invader at all times. Neither is the case. Let me explain how this works: To the host, the name + HP bar of the invader isn't always present. The name of the invader will only show above his character when he takes damage, and will go away after a while of not taking damage. Additionally, the name of the invader will also appear when locked on to him, and won't be there when not locked on to him. The same rules apply to the perspective of the invader - He will not see the name and HP bar of the host above the host's model unless locked on to him, or if the host takes damage. Thus in this video, where the invaders just run past without locking on, and where I am not taking damage, my name and HP bar are not visible and thus they do not notice me. That is also why in a couple of cases, I deliberately engage in combat so as to alert the invaders to my location, as they can see the HP bars of enemy mobs taking tick damage, as well as my own. It's only the names + HP bars of allies that are always visible. So the host will always see the name + HP bar of their furled finger summon. Additionally, you can be invaded while playing solo, if you activate the Taunter's Tongue item, which you receive after beating the dark spirit/red invader Mad Tongue Alberich in the Roundtable Hold - the one that appears when you jump off the balcony into that large room. I do explain this in the PSA at the beginning of the video, but I guess people just skip past it :/. This video really isn't fake. Try out the disguises yourself. You will have a roughly 50/50 success rate and get more than enough footage to make a video about it.

It worked on a lot more, even by the rampart tower grace area. You'll see in part 2 ;). However, it also failed a lot, but naturally I'm not going to include the failures in the video. I'd say it had about a 70% success rate at tricking invaders.

As has been said, your small Old English blurbs make this much more than it would be with clips alone. It was worth the time to add them. Fitting music choices too!
Okay, I can respect the guy who showed up dual-wielding anchors. It's one thing to show up cheeseballing Stormveil with, like, blood loss or scarlet rot or nonsense magic. It's another thing to show up with two boat anchors for weapons.
I just started playing Elden Ring, so I wasn't expecting new content being made for it... imagine my surprise. That was some great disguising! So far my favorite clip was the hunters and red phantom having an epic fight behind you while you stay disguised. Red kills the two hunters and just leaves satisfied.
That Banished Knight player that gave you 20 Lords runes is the highlight of the vid for me, you even offered him some souvenirs of the disguise, but no...the man was too honorable and said: "I give to thee not take, nor life, nor death, nor precious item...i must return to my world...sly tarnished..." and proceeds to back-step YEET himself off the battlements.
I am utterly perplexed as to how that bird disguise worked. There is no way that the invaders didn’t notice your two very human legs and arms. From the back I get it cause the coat is there, but when coming back you’d surely notice the humanoid posture. Well, I guess invaders sometimes are brainless

The entire video was funny af, but that last one with the double kill was PERFECT!
That was honestly great, thoroughly entertained. If all invasions were grand games like this, I too would partake. Keep up the clever writing in the quips, it was delightful.
The added dialogue was a really good idea. Keeps it from feeling too repetitive. Also very funny by itself.
0:38 i feel bad for these both. They just want to say hello lmao
0:27 dude so salty when he realized he got fooled.
49:27 - gotta love Bubble Man twirling with the jars lmao
These are so unbelievably God damned good; please keep it up!
As has been said, your small Old English blurbs make this much more than it would be with clips alone. It was worth the time to add them.
Fitting music choices too!
The 'Ye Olde' speak is so damn funny.
Nice work, man.
Okay, I can respect the guy who showed up dual-wielding anchors. It's one thing to show up cheeseballing Stormveil with, like, blood loss or scarlet rot or nonsense magic.
It's another thing to show up with two boat anchors for weapons.
The stormhawk disguise is brilliant! I love your videos ❤
The use of the exploding physic is just amazing
This is what makes İnvasion content fun
I am utterly perplexed as to how that bird disguise worked. There is no way that the invaders didn’t notice your two very human legs and arms. From the back I get it cause the coat is there, but when coming back you’d surely notice the humanoid posture.
Well, I guess invaders sometimes are brainless

Guess that logic works for tarnished disguised as birds too
@23:29 haha! This makes me think of those family guy episode's with james woods and Peter and Brian would lure him into a trap with candy lol! 😂
That first guy killing you both had "FUCK YOU, FUCK YOU, FUCK YOU, FUCK YOU!!!" energy.
And then "HEY YOURSELF!"
One of the greatest RUclips videos ever made, subbed
0:30 sows the wind, reaps the whirlwind
The guy who immediately turned into a flamethrower and scooted to his death killed me 😂
Kevin Macleod with the hard carry for the music.
Yes. I might look for video game music in the future since that is often safe to use
Omg I can't believe that rejection lure you set up at 38:00 worked.
The cliff side dagger drops are hilarious
