YES! PATIENCE with the process. The music is our anchor. "When you're dancing and then you feel judgmental, but keep going anyway..this is where you start creating resilience in your freestyle." Wow powerful, thank you. We get so in our head but I love how you keep reinforcing the focus on MUSIC and finding the structure and play within. Reset and keep going. Manage your emotions not control. Managing has acceptance, control has restraint and...inevitable disappointment. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE GEMS! Teaching Hip Hop to 2-4th graders and I can't wait to share some of these ideas with them. Thank you so so much

I disagree it’s perfect just the way that it is. If you found this channel and stuck to it than you were chosen to be here I feel. So many dance channels has the instructor promoting them self showing you a move or two and leaves you to copy it. If you’re talentedYou can get it exactly right however if you’re sort of awkward and Aurora beginner good luck to you. The contact this man is showing on his channel allows any dancer to discover themselves. The information is Conceptual and cerebral and that’s over the heads of a lot of people who want something quick that they don’t have to think about. I imagine There are some people who tune this and see that there’s a lot of talking and then tune out. Obviously it’s not for them and that’s fine.
