Charmin is better than the Kirkland toilet paper

I love many of the Kirkland products like the kitchen garbage bags and the dish tabs but not the toilet paper. It’s too thin and I end up using more. My husband told me never to buy the Kirkland toilet ever again. It’s only a rumor that is manufactured by Proctor and Gamble manufactures the Kirkland brand toilet paper. There are several manufacturers who make Kirkland TP and they are made to Costco specifications. In the food and manufacturing industries, many companies make private label versions of their product but they are rarely if ever the same product repackaged under a private label. My husband and other family members worked in this industry and the private label products are made usually with a different formulation and lower grade ingredients. For example store brand bread not only is made with lower grade ingredients it also a lot of air whipped into in rather than the name brand. This means it weighs less. I just wait for Charming to go on sale.

I’ve been buying mostly what is on sale, with a few additional staples such as veggies and fruit, eggs, wine 🍷on sale, and the $5 chicken. I usually stock up on cleaning supplies and other non perishable sale items - I aim for minimum savings of $75 on a $500 monthly bill and do weekly runs. I don’t grocery shop anywhere else; and I make sure there is no Costco items waste. We stopped going out to dinner to save money.
Thank you for sharing Caro! We go out to eat once a week and it's a special treat, but I agree that we do save money in the long run at Costco and eating at home. I do shop at other stores at times, but Costco has been the main store the past year. 😉
victoria white linen sauce is good. It doesn't have crappy fake ingredients. Clean ingredients only. A high quality sauce.

My front loader would not dilute that detergent. I tried several times. I find that the Charming strong holds together better than the ultra soft. They seem to always have the soft on sale instead of the strong which is a little more.

I went to Costco this morning after watching part one of your video. I bought the water bottles that you recommended. I purchased many of the sale items. I was looking at the green olives and almost bought them. Hope you have a great weekend.

I have wanted to try the Real Good chicken enchiladas. The Real Good bacon and cheese wrapped chicken was delish!
The most common feedback I heard on the chicken enchiladas was they were watery and not much flavor. If you have a good experience with them, let us know! 😃

Hi Gina , you should try chick pea chip, ( hippie) it's delicious. Don't try ling ling chicken dumplings. Tastes ok, but the skin ( dough) is very thick. Take 10 minutes to cook.

Before I watch your RUclips video. I just have to thank you so much. Because yesterday I got the Ninja blender for 49.99 and I got back 30.00 for the Air purifier. That I paid 130.99. And I saved money on Ziploc bags 12.99 3 dollars off. And got the Glass bowls with lids 12.99 five dollars off. I can keep going but I’ll stop now.

Those made good granola bites are a good price before the sale so I definitely plan go and get those. My son has a peanut allergy so they are a safe granola snack. For reference the 6 pack of Made Good granola bars at the grocery store are about $5, so $8.39 for 24 granola mini packs is really amazing!
Good to know Valerie that these are good for peanut allergy. 🤗I have a friend who's son is allergic and she get nervous on items like these.
we got 1 bag of those soft dog treats, they were a hit. the lil dog can chew them too. good price on hint, since they went up at Target. im grabbing 2 bags of Edwards choc coconut almonds. if you dont they will be gone. they did raise the price, the sale is closer to what the reg price use to be.

we use ecos free and clear, but i only use natural detergents so if you're comparing to tide, idk if you will like it. i dont like fragrance, but for that price im buying it as a back up.

The Costco stores I go to eliminated the coffee grinder when covid came along.

Enjoy your videos. However, would help if you had personal experience with products versus just showing what’s available. Also, please do not say, “this is actually made by…” for house - private label brands. If you know for a fact, say that. Otherwise, may be misleading viewers.
