I wish you had a broom on the truck but I could see your were gonna get the job done no matter what and not have glass falling on the Hwy. Thats why I watch every Jonathan video. No matter what the topic is Just a hard working man and hard working hands getting after it. No face in the camera yelling whasss up you tube with goofy sunglasses on. No silly games, begging for viewers, or hawking merchandise. Just gets right into what your fixing or getting done today. But if you ever made a T shirt it'd have to say " That's not a problem " Lol
These past few videos remind me of when I was a mechanic for a wrecker service and the stuff the "road buzzards" used to pull into the yard. Each wreck or tow, had a story to go with it. It also reminds me of when I was a very young man working at the junk yard and trying to figure out things about a wreck. Back then, often EMS, or whoever cleaned out the wrecks didn't always do a real good job.... 😞

Many thanks for including some videos of "normal" wrecker calls. Unless you have done these you would not appreciate the variety of situations that happen. I ran wreckers for some time and can attest to that. Great video as usual.
i did police recovery in UK for 12yrs, but lost the contract [my firm wouldn't service the cops personal cars for free] i still miss it in my head, but my 61yr old body does not. it was a good 12yrs, always something different, always something unbelieveble on the best ones i took polaroids [to justify recovery costs] but they have faded out still got those mad memories [+ plenty of small scars] to make me smile...
You really know how to celebrate---- what next truck Vs Ship. You really do deserve those steam engines as a hobby, you work for them. Take care and try to get some rest/sleep.

You're running your tail off. Hopefully, you had a nice Thanksgiving with your family. I just don't understand why people drive intoxicated these days. With Uber and lift and everything else out there, there's no reason to drive intoxicated. I live in a town of just over 600 residents, and we can get an Uber even though the first major city of 28k residents is 30 minutes away. Being a firefighter/EMT for around 10 or so years, unfortunately, I had my fair share of scooping the body's up. Still hurts thinking about how the drunk 90 percent of the time walked away without hardly a scratch and the thought of another family whose life was about to be shattered like the glass all over the hood of that rig. When I was a volunteer firefighter holidays were always spent on calls. Drunks were always a large percentage of calls after they wrecked but also a large number of heart attacks. Had one call of a rollover out on the interstate and the woman was covered head to toe in food. She had the back end of her hatchback filled with food on her way to the family thanksgiving dinner.
Sad that idiots still run around all night drunk until they hit something! Had an EX brother in law who only lived to drink. Wrecked every vehicle he ever had, only a miracle that he didn't kill someone. Finally drank himself to death, liver failure. A true drunkard, self centered and the only thing he truly cared about was booze! Always finding some excuse to get drunk!

I really like the new camera set up and all the tow videos ! The sound isn't the greatest but not bad and you get used to it pretty quick and it's fine !

I had childhood asthma , was in the hospital for 3 mos. 4yrs. in a row .But i used to eat oranges to help me breath . I still eat lemons with a little salt on them today!
Great video yet again. Now heres a thing. Over in the states a DUI gets charged pretty dam quick and license suspended almost immediately. Here in the UK a driver gets arrested. Tested for alcohol level. Then is released to await a court date which can be a minimum of 6 months later....in the mean time they keep on drivin till the judge takes license away.
So you're saying it was a drunk driver I take it he hehe "Gonna get drunk smellin this" Poor homeowner have to deal with that on the holiday because someone wanted to be a jackwagon. I hope they had or could get a 4x4 to stuff under that corner so it doesn't come down later. I would have dumped all that glass right in the bed of the truck for the truck owner to deal with although likely they wouldn't have had to, you probably would if they had no insurance.

Off subject...J&L Railroad (videos) has a two stage steam rolling mill engine. The low pressure side is a giant Corliss engine.
He was puling the Tod engine out of the mill when i was trying to get my Bates corliss years ago.

Actually I have the same as Jonathan what helps me breath is a THC gummy. But unfortunately with his job he couldn't use them.
