Wang Yibo made me smile in the interview clips because he was so terse... As if he was thinking actions speak louder than words... I already know he's a great dancer, so I can see why he's that way....
obviously yibo is the best. he capture the spirit of dancing. something that lay can never do. lay has great technique but his dancing is too mechanical and feels dead. u have to feel the music, to use the body to 'play' the music. han geng too has great technique but his freestyle vocabulary is limited (weird considering he major in dance). u can see him making repetitive movements. henry has alot of tricks. but he is right to admit he never battle before. in real battle, people dont do 'gimmicks'. u rarely see legit popper like nelson or acky and others do gliding and animation or even boogaloo.
Yes Yibo looked good but Lay looks really tired … I’m kinda sad because there will never be another season 3…. It was the most exciting, interesting, raw, heartfelt, honest, and real journey of 4 judges that became brothers and true friendships were created … the best dance performance I’ve ever seen before was by two male dancers - like even better than SYTYCD. It was the season of love and peace… but also laughter because it was the funniest sht I’ve ever seen and I can’t believe I’ve laughed so hard and for so long- if you watch the season 3 you’ll be shocked too because there were so many innuendos and adult related situations …and I loved every raw and real moment and laughed my head off at the embarrassing games and commentary - it was entertainment at its best
