someone else can correct me if im wrong but the math says 96% skill power modifier from Maximize Power, which is reduced to 81% because of Shot focus. 81% added to 3,627% skill modifier from her 4 - Zenith = 3,708% Or a 2.2% increase in damage because 81 is roughly around 2.2% of 3,627. After 5 shots, that's a total increase of 11% more damage. Definitely not worth the 100% cooldown increase, and doesn't even kill the boss faster than other builds. Against Swamp Walker it took a 2 ability, which crit, and 5 shots of zenith(4 ability), which to be fair, he missed 1 weak point hit (not counting the last one). if he had landed those it might've killed in 4 shots instead of 5. Meanwhile there's another build that uses the same mods except it uses Chill Specialist instead of Maximize Skill, which gives 81% Chill Skill Power, Increased HP instead of Skill Insight and Strong Mentality (just a QOL MP mod) instead of Maximize Power and it killed Swamp Walker with a 2 ability, THAT DIDN'T CRIT, and 5 shots of Zenith, all hitting weak point. So even as a minmaxxing build, it's still kinda bad. You're squishy for no additional benefit. I doubt they'll be adding anymore soloable Intercept Battles in the near future and this build doesn't even beat out builds that are tankier.
because he didn't explain: walk on tight rope mod gives 30% skill modifer and 30% fire arm attack while under 50% HP there's another mod called Conditional Recharge that consumes your HP every time you use a skill and restores your Shields in return. so he used 2 skill to drop to 50% hp.
@@pandaworld7922 conditional recharge. When using a skill you use up hp and gain shields. With using the three skills correctly you’ll be at around less than 50% hp activating your other module walking on a tightrope.
No reason to nerf her when bunny is OP at mobbing and missions. Lepic a boss killer and gley. Kyle is still beyond all of them before his fix doing billions!

Does MaximizePower even do much for the build as Hailey has a aload of modifier already

What should i use if ii don't have shot focus
Then go to module guy, & combine mods till you do get it
Chill specialist is a good option, it also uses the same slot type for when you do get shot focus.

they've been scared to nerf anything. doubt they'll start now when she's literally doing her one main purpose.
