You "just" have to train it a lot, I'm just now starting to, but once it gets in your muscle memory, it will become second nature to you and it will be much easier. Since it's a very useful tool, it will be worth it. :)
Hi Eddy what would you say is the input for the Kazek setup? I have done it in practice as wavedash into qcb 1,2 and it works on and off. Any help is appreciated!
It's a matter of timing, if you don't cancel the crouch dash then you need to wait a long time to get WS moves out of it. This is why we cancel the crouch dash animation with a Back input and then input the WS move we want to do. The timing that I've found to work for me is that you do a crouch dash and hit back once, you wait for around half a second or less and then input 2 for example. This way you enter a crouch dash and do a fast WS2 out of it. I could be completely wrong but this is what works for me at least.
How do you get the ws 1 2, i cant seem to hit it out of a wavedash and just keep on doing the WGF - if you have a video tutorial you can link it'd be apppreciated
You need to cancel the crouch dash animation, when you do that your character will go into While Standing Up state, from there you can perform those WS moves. The way you cancel the crouch dash is by doing the crouch dash and then hitting Back a single time, after you've hit back, you need to wait a little and then press the buttons for the WS move you want to come out. So in your case something like this: Crouch Dash, Back, Waiting for a certain amount of time, 1, 2. This way you get a fast WS move out of a crouch dash. Now you might be interested in what the timing is exactly but its something you need to lab yourself.

I feel the same I'm having trouble getting the wave dash into while standing 1 2
I've also notice that it works with some combos but not all trying really hard to figure it out right now

You need to crouch dash canceling into instand while standing moves, this is a fairly advanced technique
