Trauma Informed Care in Professional Practice

Dr. Maria Lotty from UCC provided an insightful overview of Trauma Informed Care from the perspective of direct, front line professional practice including using the TARA model (Trauma, Attachment, Resilience into Action), which she has developed. Allanah Canton, social care worker with several years experience in the provision of homelessness services described how she has been implementing the TARA model in her work.
