There was a man that lived in a field and the golf course was close to his house. He would let us go on his property and pick them up. One of the best childhood memories. Hey buddy! I contemplated on what to say and then i felt nudged to tell you this: when people make rude or crude comments its a reflection of their character not yours. We shield our children as much as we can however, the reality is, the world can be rude and crude. Our kids need to know this and be taught how to respond not in anger but in kindness with healthy boundaries.We still need to act towards people who are mean with love and kindness. “Let vengeance be the Lords” I’m not saying you shouldn’t be upset with them but ALWAYS remember the other thousands of people that you are serving through this channel. I dont know if you can see it but i can and i know others on here can but this is so much bigger than just a metal detecting, treasure hunting channel. Its so much more. I always assumed that on the last hole of a mini-golf course, the balls went through a wormhole to another dimension. Imagine my surprise when you prove that they really go to a ordinary creek in Alabama. Great video as always!

I don't know why but I have tuned into your videos and watching you pick up golf balls has me hooked! Funny as hell! I don't know why as it's not the golf balls you find that have me magnetized! It's got to be your voice as you are hilarious in a very sweet ORIGINAL way! The comments that come out of your mouth are way to cute for words! I'm puzzled why even I watch as time is valuable! But look "Exploring Alabama" you should have a tv show! I'd watch it! I don't know why but I'd watch it! "Harvest or deposit into the man purse!" Funny you would publish this today. I live on a golf course and was out looking for balls today. I look for them because I play golf. I keep the good ones and use the rest for practice. Wish I could find a spot like you found. Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1X are expensive as well as a few other brands. The Titleist Pro V1 or V1X new are about $4.00 per ball.

Do you ever get sick from being bit from mosquitoes? like west Nile? I was holding my breath the whole time you had your hand in there picking up those golf balls thinking that one of those spiders was going to get you! And I must say those of us that have become attached to your little family would understand if you stop the channel because of the nastiness that comes out of some people that feel they can say whatever they want just because there are no repercussions! We sure do enjoy our visits. I usually watch the videos at bedtime as there’s nothing more relaxing then watching you wade through a creek! Course when you almost fall I hold my breath. all my life i have wanted a metal detector. its been a huge passion! finally i bought one for myself for xmas! have never used one before. but it shouldnt be too hard. and ive watched a video 2 men from london were river fishing with a magnet. i had not seen that before. it was interesting and now i see you doing this..but yours is in shallow water. where i live its a big party college town. and with there being not too many you can trust i dont want to go out in woods alone. so i did start a group on facebook. which is a great idea! i still need to site mine in. learn the noises and stuff. so i was just wondering which you like best? or is a switch off each week? let me know...thank you for the videos!!

That stinky-sweet Avon Skin-so-Soft lotion is about the best insect-repellant I've ever come across. It really works. At least it did back in the day. Dunno what they put in it now. Who knows? Once folks found out it was good for that, they probably created a special bug-off variety so they could charge more for it. Any Avon ladies out there w/the 411?
Used to hunt for balls.at my local golf corse,and sell them to golfers.when we were kids,spent many hours doing this.U need to make a golf ball gun,we used to launch them from a pipe driven into the ground at an angle. Out into the lake.

The liquid in the OLD golf balls is castor oil. My mom never gave it to me when I was growing up, but I know what it tastes like from demolishing golf balls when I was young (1960s).
I remember watching the LIttle Rascals taking castor oil or cod liver oil. Spanky thought it was nasty.
