Hi, Thank you for the videos you make. I have the combination of Sennheiser hd560s with this player surfans f20, what player do you think I should upgrade to get the full quality of my headphones? I also tested this headphone with my mobile phone and I did not feel much difference with the player as music with high & HD quality
To get a great HD expereince you need a HD audio source (music flie), HD Player and HD Headphones. First step is to make sure your music sorce is the highest quality music file availible. My Favorite format is DSF but Flac will do. Your player is a great choice for a $100+ player. Now your headphones are a great brand but a bit of a lower model for Senhiser. Besides quality Senhiser is known for is high ohm (resistance) headphones that need allot of power. The Sennheiser hd560s amzn.to/3YmiDmL are 120 ohm (high resistance) in comparason the Sony flgship noise canceling headphones WH-1000XM5 amzn.to/3A24b9c are only 48 ohm so more power will hit your ear from the same player. So to get the most of your player you could add a headphone amp like the $21 amzn.to/3YnGiDo This unit canbe charged for portable use. There is more expensive options for a headphone amp like the Sennheiser HD 280 Pro ($118) amzn.to/4fnLuNj Perhaps try to find a place where you could test a pair of the Sony WH-1000xm5 (best buy?) or just buy off Amazon amzn.to/4fnRaXS and return if not happy.
