Double Chocolate Muffins - just mix and bake! Super easy recipe

  • These Double Chocolate Muffins are so easy to make and so delicious! This recipe calls for yogurt, which creates soft and moist muffins. I like using vegetable oil for muffins because it ensures that they stay moist for a couple of days. But if you would like to add more flavor, feel free to use butter in place of oil!
    Ingredients:
    Muffins (12 muffins)
    All purpose flour 2+1/4cup 270g
    Cocoa Powder 50g
    Baking soda 1 tsp
    kosher Salt 1/2tsp
    Granulated Sugar 1 cup 200g
    Vegetable oil 1/2cup 110g
    Egg 2
    Yogurt 1/2 cup 120g
    Milk 1/2 cup 120g
    Chocolate Chip 1 cup 150g
    Directions:
    1. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
    2. Mix sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, yogurt, and milk together until smooth.
    3. Combine 1 (dry ingredients) and 2 (wet ingredients) together. Using a spatula, gently fold them together for about 30 seconds.
    4. Add in chocolate chip. Gently fold them in to combine.
    5. Transfer the batter into a muffin pan.
    6. Bake at 400F/200°C for 17-19 minutes.
    7. Let it completely cool off before serving. Enjoy!
