Being a huge fan of the novels and manga, I actually love how very, very perplexed anime-onlys were to meet Nishino-san as a main character. So...to speak. I super, duper look forward to the day her appearance makes sense to the viewers.

The unique part of Eminence in Shadow is that every episode will make you smile somehow.
For me rather than smile it’s more or less smirking throughout the puns and quirky scenes.
I am bleeding with anticipation for more. This show is a fresh take on the whole Isekai scene strictly because of Minoru.

After I saw half of ep 1, I went back and checked the name of this anime again lol :))), cause I am the manga reader. I know it is animated from Light novel but didn' t expect they animated from a first half of Vol 4 to Vol 1. Though the manga is more hilarious but I has to admit this show is adapted so fuckin good from the LN ( 2 vol = 20 ep). Hope u guy enjoy it. Can't wait for ss2.

Idk how this series even got this popular and how I got to find it. Stumbled across it randomly and legit the best show for me on 2022. The most unexpected show took spotlight from the most well known ones lol
it's a pretty decently popular novel/manga in Japan prior. Had a dedicated overseas fanbase already.But no hype because there was too many big names airing.
The sheer unexpected tone of the show is what gained it's popularity
@@whothou9154 makes sense. The manga art and novel is great too after I started reading it and aint being at all. As you said, it had a fanbase in Japan but not worldwide because csm , mob and mha were also airing at the same time but it's still impressive how it took the spotlight

I knew about this show when English translation for novel 1 was released. Plenty of people were keen about it though I admit like majority of anime only where clueless about it.

@@tsgmilangaming6512 well I’m not saying it’s big or anything like that just that there was a small fan base internationally already. As even the light novel was getting translated by j novels long ago and I saw its vol 1 getting translated.
There was a fan space and I have been a part of it too. I was pretty active in reddit and we had like less than 1k members back then. Still we liked to goof around, talk about manga releases and our own theories. Most importantly excitement about the upcoming anime as I knew it was gonna be a banger.
