- Back again with more Noob vs Pro Scrap Mechanic! Today we are introducing Dapper to explosive catapults and the devastation they cause! In this competition each of us builds a catapult and launches explosives at the other person's city in an attempt to destroy the precious vault!

Even after watching all of Kan’s Noob Vs Pro videos when he automates everything I did not expect him to build an auto reloading mechanism for a catapult. This man should be an engineer.

I love the new idea of him getting extra time to improve! it is so much better because i would always find myself leaving after the first round simply because there wasn't enough of a unique difference for round two just different people but this is so much better so please keep doing this!!!

Poor dapper sounds so demoralized even before he reveals his creation
It is pretty understandable considering kan built an auto loader for his catapult
@@natethenotsogreat8349 nah its manual because he has to bring the bomb to the basket then ready it and activate a switch to fire, full manual

You should do a train challenge where you basically need to haul a ton of heavy train carts.
or even better, simple walking for a game of chicken: the seats are on essentially bass joins and if you fall backwards, the thing explodes

And perhaps combine the train challenge with a piston vehicle challenge v2. The trains must be powered by pistons.
That's if you want to make the train challenge extra difficult, could be interesting.
That would probably be too much for dapper to handle. He’s only owned scrap mechanic for a few months.
I love the fact that in previous challenge videos the build that dapper built was super similar. It’s so cool watching his thinking/ skills grow and I can’t wait to properly see it.

Redemption round was cool. An extra round with guided improvements would also be pretty cool idea. Creation swap is hilarious with something complicated though.

I like the redemption rounds, really cool twist on NvP. I think it would be really cool if you helped him tweak his design though too. I dont mean build it for him after, but maybe offer some advice, and help show him how to implement it. Dapper might learn quicker that way on how to make awesome bricks(😜)
I really like the tower assault game mode, do more of this, its quite entertaining. Make it harder to hit the target next time!

yeah, the ability to have a few extra minutes to improve his creation is a great idea, allows him to learn more and eventually it wont be noob vs pro, it will just be two pros duking it out =D

Dapper blew a hole more symmetrical than all of his previous creations
PSST! multiplayer monday idea: 2 teams, one in each of those lil cities, one person is in a flak cannon, and one is in a mortar, the mortars are pre- made, so then the teams dont have crap mortars, but the flak cannons have small explosives with a modded spud gun on hooked into some logic to make it so it explodes 3 seconds after bieng released from the flak cannon, so then it explodes midair, then having a higher chance of blowing up the mortar shots before they hit your city (basically its a mortars v flak game, with the mortars winning if they blow all the flak up, and the flak winning if they survive for 5 mins
Would be cool to do a 2v2 of this but 1 player on each team has a spud gun. You pre hide a bunch of your catapults then combat as normal, but the "sharp shooters" with the spud guns can try to take the explosives out of the air and possibly destroy the catapults as loaded making clips a bit of a risk

Honestly, you could make the NvP challenges a 3 round format, initial builds, redemption round, and then swapped builds round.

Cool idea, a catapult that winds up using pistons you slowly spin it faster until it releases the explosive from the giant rotating rod with the explosive at one end and the catapult counter weight at the other, kinda like a sideways rotor
It looks like the catapults are about to high-five each other in the title, which is amazing.
i know it's literally your job to show off your pro-ness but damn, automatic reload?
Make it best of three, 2 coin flips each subsequent round. 1 flip to determine if it's just a rematch (things stay as they are) or rebuild redemption (add 5 more minutes to build time for both), the second to determine whether or not builds are swapped. So if things get crazy, Dapper could swap from his creation back to his creation buffed by kAN. Are you making the best creation for PvN or are you shooting yourself in the foot in the long game? I think this also will show off a bit of the "noob"-iness and pro differences on how different levels of understanding the game's take on concepts changes the performance of machines and also opens up the difference in current skill levels.
Maybe if episode isn't too long redmption round after the vehicle swap so he can test how your exacly works to get more ideas of how to change his vehicle
I'm from Sweden and look at stamsite's videos they are great but they are in Swedish so you might have a hard time looking at them but I saw the video that they used the castle and the city

If you build when you fights so the other maybe can be done before the other and starts shooting. I think that will be funnier

How about a rule to help the noob and make it more interesting for viewers: The noob can forbids you to use 1 part in your creation (for example no electic engines, no thrusters or no controllers), so you have to come up with something more creative to beat the noob

I think you should do a series with scrapman, moonbo, squidy, John, and others were there basically are two teams and you are in a custom survival world and you guys build castles and vehicles and attack eachother
And it would be custom so both teams have an oil pond water and chemicals 😃
I would make it a mini series not a full one only like 2 or 3 episodes

Redemption round is really cool, except that kAN gets stuck with a car with known problems. I think it would be more interesting if, after the event you both rebuilt cars (perhaps another 15min?) or make adjustments, to then have a rematch

An idea for the next one:noob makes the vehicle and both players have to use it
You should do a similar challenge with cardboard so that the most blocks broken in a couple minutes wins, and if you own catapult explodes it goes to the other person’s score
Try this challenge in multiplayer Monday
How about you combine the redemption and the Switch?
*Switch Creations but kAN gets 5 minutes to make additive changes to Dappers vehicle, but ONLY ADDITIONS*
See if you can take Dapper’s designs and shine them into gold. Might be good way to teach him too

Kan gave it to him. He could have lowered the power to reduce the range and hit Dapper, but instead he kept shooting at the same power which was obviously over shooting after the first shot.

If you put your pistons for the arm and reload on controllers you could have made adjustments much faster. Put the controller up front where you don't have to turn around.

when kan self destructs everytime: oh its my reloading mechanism.....
no kan its not!
its the spudgun and the arm its sitting on, thats what gets clipped by the canisters.
thats also the reason some shots make the canisters rupture mid air.
put the spudgun 4 blocks higher just to be safe and i guarantee this wont happen again!
maybe you need put that on wheels? Or more crazy idea - make platform vith trusters and gyroscope to stabilaze that and put catapult on this.
You are meant to take out three spots, the marked tower, the electricity box and one more that i dont remember
