I Was Privileged To Celebrate World Bipolar Day (March 30) With These Students From Accra High School. It Was A Joy Sharing My Lived Experience With Them Because It’s Never To Early To Teach Anybody About Mental Health. You’re Rather Equipping Them For The Future.

Bipolar disorder is a mental illness that causes extreme mood swings which include emotional highs (mania) and lows (depression).
Its symptoms really affect sleep, energy, activity, judgment, behavior & the ability to think clearly.
