I use a Filofax pocket Malden and will hole punch lined or grid index cards to interleave my week on 2 page inserts if I need more space without cluttering up my calendar

Clever! I like keeping a running task list tucked in with my weekly agenda. The scheduled items go on the agenda, and the items that are not tied to a specific date, but just need to get done that week, are always visible. When it’s especially busy, there may be two or three half-width pages added to the middle of the current week, each for a different project or purpose.

I absolutely love my personal compact heritage and try to keep the most minimal amount of paper. I have a whole year of Filofax month on 2 pages (for the work shift and appointments) and a whole year of FF week on 2 pages like you. I also have another whole year of FF month on 2 pages which is strictly for my financial info like my bills due, paydays and amounts, contact info for electric company, water co, etc. Then I have 23 sheets of paper for important lists that will stay in the FF forever and I have 3 dividers. Oh and the notepad I glued to the back flap for a quick note to jot down and trash later. This little planner holds a LOT ❤
