I completely understand feeling like your identity is in homeschooling!! Our sons graduate in two years and I'm already lamenting BUT I'm starting to think of all the things that will be possible for me after those two years. It's a scary feeling for sure but I know our Heavenly Father will lead us through! Love your channel and have loved it since the very beginning. Thank you for sharing your life, your family and your awesomeness!! God bless!!
Hi😊 May I suggest in addition to your walking pad that you add in kettle bell exercises. Firstly, it's incredibly easy to get in a few arounds of kettle bell swings or suitcase carries between/during homeschool lessons. I also find a quick 20 minute session (which can be broken down in two 10 minutes session if need be) of resistance training to be far more effective than walking. BTW, I enjoy seeing you guy's book stack.
Listen, the creative build-up of motivation, the matcha journey beginning with beautiful sip homes,😂 the book dialogues (as per usual) were EVERYTHING!!! That homeschool room evolution is just 😍😍😍🫶🏾🤌🏾 love the cute decor end cap...i wouldn't want to leave! I feel so far behind? 😭 I remember when you re-did your recessed lighting and it is still giving "WORTH IT!" 🎉 Go bestie! 🎉❤
Thanks for the wonderful video Serena! Loved watching as always. Did I miss the info for Patreon? Also have you considered having a community on RUclips where you post videos for your Friends?😊
I honestly find working at the table to not help me.. maybe it’s not cozy enough 😂.. carving out a specific time of the month or week to talk with friends. Even if it’s just getting on the phone. Cute treehouses!! ❤❤
@@chelschelslife i completely get that! I think I need change lol. I notice I move around a lot. Some months the desk, other months the dining room table, some days the kitchen island. Haven’t quite figured out if it hurts or helps me but ah well lol 🤣
Your videos encourage me so much! We use to do family style block schedule but my youngest is similar to your daughter. She dislikes waiting for her older brothers to get done school so we can do block. We tried doing it first in the morning but it didn't work for us. We still do blocks but separately which kind of wears me out...haha. Let me know if you have any suggestions. We still rotate or block every nine weeks but its a lot of planning on my part since its not all together. I do have a question, How many lessons (as per the curriculum)do you do a week? I divide the our curriculum so each week we would possibly cover two lessons, but sometimes I feel like its so rush that my children are no absorbing everything. I am not a breakfast person so my kids (ages 11-16) make their own. My husband will make them a full hearty breakfast two days out the week, and my teen daughter does lunch and I cooked dinner.
Your homeschool space is gorgeous 😍I’m curious, what state do you live in? We live in New York and the regs here are ridiculous. There is a lot of reporting that we have to do throughout the year to our district. I would LOVE to live in a state that wasn’t so highly regulated so that we could be more laid back and have more interest-led learning happening in our home.
@@beyondthebookshomeschool thank you!!! Our space has been an evolution for sure. I hear that completely, I’m over here cheering you on!!! We are in NJ and It certainly makes thinking outside of the box easier! I keep a ton of records but yeah, the regulations are pretty non existent. Could be a bad thing if you aren’t careful but definitely grateful.
The kind of friendships we all need are the ones that withstand time and distance. Show up when you can and when you are needed. ❤
Yes!!!😊
@@EricaLucasLoves I just had to circle back around to say that the “when you can and when you’re needed” rings so true over here!!!! 😘💙🩷
Really can’t get over how STUNNING the kitchen is. 😍
Also, did I hear Friendsss Club is back? 🎉 that’s so awesome! Where do we sign up?

Try Calabash Tea and Tonic for high grade ceremonial matcha. Have been using it for two years doesn’t bother me.
