Very helpful video. I watched this video and it just filled in a couple key details that had escaped me. One takeaway was that even though it's instructed from a back take, if you change the body configuration around it really presents itself from lots of different positions. Second was how "simple" it is to finish it. So literally a couple nights after watching this video I found myself in Technical Mount. I opened the color, reached under the chin and grabbed it with the other hand. I already had one leg over the torso so it was just a matter of grabbing the pants and then stepping over the shoulder with the other leg. I'm a blue belt and have been training for a little over a year and a half. I often feel like I know a little bit about a lot of things and am overloaded with technique. I have wonderful teachers but it's so helpful to be able to do a little "homework" at night and find instructionals like this to reinforce what I'm learning at the academy. Thank you very much!

Great instructional video, thank you. One little point I would add to this, would be to turn the collar so that the blade of the collar is cutting into the neck and not the flat of the collar. The likeliness of this being much of an effect on the power of the choke is minimal but worth noting I would say.
