Andria has always known she was adopted but never had many details about her birth parents or the circumstances surrounding her adoption. She was told she was born in Las Vegas and her biological parents were white. But when she was a teenager, she experienced bullying and had classmates who called her racial slurs. She didn’t know how to defend herself, so tried her best to fit in while struggling with a deep identity crisis. At 30, Andria takes a DNA test hoping to find more details on her race, but ends up making a life-changing discovery.
