I remember training in a gym in Namba, Osaka while i lived in Japan where all these pro athletes would practice. The first few times I just stood there with my jaw at my feet, but after a while it became "normal" that people would pull off all these insane moves, and I just went back to focusing on my own stuff..
Mr West, As a contortionist with minimal balance skills, who tends to bend (pardon the pun) more towards the movement side of things than the posing side, I am looking for ways to accentuate flexibility with movements as fluid, energetic & dynamic just like yours. You inspire, nothing short of it, & I'd very much like to know how much percent strength, flexibility, balance & agility go into a regular day of training for you, if you don't mind.
