Complaining about this is just bullshit. Villalobos in 96kbps is worthless, anybody who would consider buying his record knows that. Moreover, the people who would actually rip it, are the same people who would NEVER buy it on wax, so no lost profit there.
+OENS it is far from being a bullshit! I don't see the point of claiming black on white that the track has been compressed! It is hypocritical! Compressed or not, the track is being published without producer's agreement. The fact that is 96 Kbps does not change that!
I wonder why nobody seems to see that!
It still can be played at parties in 96! And I am glad someone posted it on RUclips!
But please: stop claiming that this shitty 96 will solve the problem!
Hey mate!, I am sorry for your annoyment. I created this channel with the only specific goal of share to the underground community some of the finds I find timeless and worth to have in a collection. This channel isn't for highest quality audio neither for people to steal or rip in a 86kbps or a 1411kbps. I do not spect people to listen this channel as jukebox or as a music collection as people who really enjoy any of the songs posted in this channel would naturaly buy the record.
As a tip, to avoid any kind of depression, feel free to not follow this or any other music channels in youtube, travel to a beautiful lost island in the pacific ocean, get a piña colada and lay down in a hammock, then think how beautiful is the life :)
Totally agree +Do Funkk, if this does anything then it promotes the sale of these records. The people that care about this stuff would always prefer to own the record! And sure +C Sirb, it is possible to play 96kbps ripped files at a "party", likewise so is it possible to play distorted bootlegs off my old 1970s cassette deck, but in both cases it would sound like shit.
+OENS ok, I very much appreciated your efforts to justify this written specification of 96 Kbps. Still, the tracks will BE played as they are for public purpose. Which I like! Without thoughtful guys like you, many of us would never get to listen what is best in techno! So, thanks again!
