    I didn't really understand the calibration line. Is it that you use it to get a slope?

      Slope = calibration line or slope and y-intercept is the calibration line. It’s a y=mx + b function line based on a set of point pairs based on absorbance and known concentration of the calibrators over the range of measurement of the analyte
