Bro, you have to part, and make sections, and learn to connect those sections. The reason why you struggled with the shears, because of the bulk, is because what you were trying to cut, was obstructed by what was not isolated. Clamp off that bang, and what's above the parietal ridge, as to see the temporal section.💈💈💈💈

I would say work on your shear work verses the clippers. If you would have wet the hair down and use the shears to cut the back it would have blended easily and quicker.
