E24: Tecate and Migration #2. Putting the pieces together.

Tecate and its rugged mountains are the site of discontinuous stretches of border walls is our next stop on the Along the Border series. The cartel coyotes take advantage of this to drive migrants to within sight of the border and drop them off. Migration #2 isn't your poor South and Central Americans, it's middle class and wealthier folks from around the world willing to pay upwards of $10k a head (I've heard numbers as high as $30K for those coming from China) to get across into CBP detention.
