My wife has worked for Costco for over 20 years. She's seen people return 10 year old heavily used lawn mowers. Their return policy is almost unbelievable. That being said, in the last 10-15 years they've tightened it for computers and electronics, specifically.

I work at Costco! And you hit a lot of points! We sell a lot of things at the lowest possible price compared to competitors which is why you’ll see something like ‘ the mask ‘ and the karaoke machine priced so low. The reason is actually insane and is almost as insane as some of the prices you’ll find!
Would be curious how Costco compares when you get out of the budget range. The return policy along with warranty and tech support included could be plus for a less technical family member option. I would definitely try in store though...and get a churro.
Skull Candy in recent years hasn't been too bad when you get a good set on sale, which they often go from 25% to 50% off. Then, for a spare out and about set, they are appealing.

SkullCandy has become pretty good in the past few years. I've had the orignal Crushers, the ANC and Evo versions, they all perform pretty well. I just got some Sesh Evo true wireless earbuds and for €60 they are exactly what I need for when I want to go out and about and don't want to bring a full headset with me.
Finally the Hotel California karaoke we deserved. That karaoke machine was genuinely not bad for 200 bucks. Everything else was a scam. Actually nvm the Grogu RC car was great too.

Costco like every other retail establishment can get taken my a manufacturer, Costco if they get scammed drops who ever did it and can and will pull the products off the floor or online. So blame the makers or you’re sense of belief you’re the know all and end all of answers! No company is perfect and You are no better.
I have the Z Flip 3 and the Skullcandy Crusher Evo's, and the connection issue seen in this video is normal. You just need to connect, leave it to sit for a few seconds THEN listen to your music. Annoying, yes. But the bass is worth it!
Please test those headsets vs a pair of Sennheiser Epos GSP 302 - which are 66$ on amazon. I know they are wired but I got 10 of these in an insurance crate I bought - and they absolutely slap - and when compared to other gaming headsets unless you are on the REALLY high end - they are just simply better. Those prices for off brand headsets is just... insane!
I have skullcrusher evos and i really like them. I've had no issue with them and they're good headphones for the price. (You payed about $60 more than me though so not sure if there is better at your price)
Wait, you paid 350$US for the Galaxy Book Go? But it's only 300$CAD (234$US) on Amazon. The purpose of this laptop is a travel laptop where the battery almost don't drain because of the very low CPU power need so if you have no place where to plug your laptop it'll still have the juice for a longer time than a normal laptop while having the capabilities to do the basics on it.
at that price point, it is better to get a tablet which will give you more mobility and probably will do a better job at running the basic task that you can do with that laptop
SkullCandy has become pretty good in the past few years. I've had SkullCandy Crushers (the originals, not great), the ANC version in 2020 (a lot better), and now the Evos (on-par with the ANC, just without ANC and a bit less bass) just recently. All perform really well and have literally never failed me with any kind of problems, big or small. I have used my warranty though, because one time someone accidentally broke my original Crushers and I got a replacement in a couple weeks. As a bass-head, the extra bass is my favourite part. The personal audio thing in the ANC and the Evo is pretty nifty too, though I do like setting my own EQ for some things. I just got some Sesh Evo true wireless earbuds and for €60 they are exactly what I need for when I want to go out and about and don't want to bring a full headset with me.

I remember my model of choice at the start (when they were wired), the area near the adjustment thing always wore out and broke without fail (ironic at the time coming from something that constantly failed). I had a pair of Hesh2's that the sound complete failed and made me so mad that I just scrapped them. The build quality over time became a lot better from where on the headphone model's timeline I came from. I feel like the pair that got completely blown out (in terms of the sound) was very defective, but I think the store location (Ala Moana Center) I bought them from (Radio Shack) was closed down by that point. Ironically the store I bought the Hesh ANCs from also shut their doors not long after I bought them.
Costco used to have a very generous return policy. In the 90's, my grandma would buy a computer from Costco, then after about 4 or 5 years, want an upgrade and return the computer for a FULL refund and get a new computer.
Costco was the goat for gaming PCs, little bit more than a year ago I got a Omen tower with a 3070 and i7 with 32 gb for only 1k they saved me enough and it was a bargain deal.
Skull candy is awesome.. I've rocked skull candy since my middle school days.. they've been around since 2007. They were extremely popular in LA due to their price and bass. You got good speakers if they can withstand bass.

Also, ETA, that mask is for people who have hyperpigmentation among other things. Light therapy can also help with anxiety and depression. I know...wild...
Costco is my favorite store to buy Tech from, since they cater and sell to Businesses and have an outstanding 90 Day Return Policy. Costco also has some Very Solid Deals, for example the Samsung Tab A8 64GB Model with Case included can go for $200-$250 on sale and the Tab S6 Lite 64GB Model with Included Case can go on sale for $270-$300.
Got Crusher ANC and Evo here, they're absolutely brilliant. I've tried out other high-tier headsets from other brands but they just don't quite hit that spot I like from the Crushers.

For the past 6 years I have been using Skullcandy Hesh 2.0 headphones. Way better than the Sennheiser HD I had before. Just stick to wired.
