an ozone generator is perfect for getting smells out of cars. Run that for 30 minutes with all the windows up, then air out for 15 minutes. Then run one of the meguiars car bombs, and you got a fresh smelling car. With no residual undertones.

Ozone is toxic, but if you have an odor in a room, you can turn on an ozone machine, close the room, turn the ozone machine back off, leave it for a while, and the room will be fine, especially if you open a door.
