Race Vlog: NN CPC LOOP Half Marathon in Den Haag

One of the biggest half-marathon races in The Netherlands and it's right around the corner from my home.
It’s hard to beat a running race at home! And if there’s any race that feels like a home race it’s the NN CPC Loop Den Haag because it loops around my apartment and passes my home street at the 5KM mark. It’s fun because the week before the race you can already see the preparations right outside your house. Signage and road control fences are prepared and KM markers are being put up!
The NN CPC Loop Den Haag is a big race with thousands of runners contesting. CPC stands for City-Pier-City because this race takes you from downtown The Hague to the beach and piers at Scheveningen.

I end the video disappointed about the result but then I realized I ran the same race 6 months ago more than 9 minutes slower! So I should be super stoked about the progress!!

@@theoutdoorsclub Thanks for making this video. I also ran this CPC half marathon race last Sunday (12 March 2023). From your video, each 'KM' markers are clear. I can analyise a little bit, in each 'KM' marker places , WHAT was my body feeling, and HOW my pace dropped between12-18KM....
