Ingredients:
15 lasagna pasta sheets
1.5 lbs (about 800 grams) of ground meat
2 cups of chopped white onions
1 tablespoon of garlic paste
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
4 cups of tomato puree
1 handful of parsley (it's a milder version of cilantro. You can replace one handful of parsley with one handful of cilantro if you want to)
2 tablespoons of basil (if no basil is available, you can skip this)
2 cups of ricotta cheese
1 egg
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Mozzarella cheese slices or you can also use shredded mozzarella cheese
Spray oil on the aluminum foil cover to prevent the cheese from sticking

I think you have made about every recipe. :). I was going to ask you today for lasagne and then found this, I saw the nihari as well today, planning to makes these this week. I used to cook a lot when I was in USA, kids were growing up and I was always in the kitchen, since they've flown the coop I hardly cook. Off work after my hand surgery lately and been cooking aalo gosh, made aaloo qeema cutlet twice, first time chicken qeema, today I used lamb but made a mistake, I started with oil, I forgot I as supposed to dry up the water, but I put on paper towel so not so bad result, and I also made qeema chana pulao today. That turned out good as well. Today I bought 4 extra spices and now my cupboard is full, I never used these things before so I never bought them, I bought fennel seeds, mace javentry, (jaefel nutmeg, choutee ilaichi ka powder and remember the other day I asked you that your aaloo bukhara looked fresh, I asked the guy working at the store and he got me fresh aalloo bukhara and thats what I used in the qeema pulao today. I have learnt 2 new things from you, omelette cut in the onions, and I saw in your video how you sliced the shimla mirch, you used the to as a handle. Amazing. The only thing NOT in my cupboard now is methi. I have seen you put in some dishes. Ok I will let you know soon how my lasagne and the nihari turn out.

Today I want to try this recipe, I prepare mince, socked my lasagna and went outside of my house for washing my car. It tooks me only for an hour when I came back to assemble the dish so my lasagna was turned into a dogh.

Cooking just runs in my family. America ki busy life nai jo bhe shortcuts sikhe hai wo share karti hoon, jo sab ko aaj kaam aa raha hai 👍.
